Strong academic history (degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar). Strong multi-project management skills. Skilled at collaborating, motivating and guiding high performance teams. Cognitive problem solving capabilities, quick decision making skills and ability to handle complex situations with a calm demeanour. Candidate should have experience in Insurance or Banking Sector. Financial Service background is required. Exceptional command on spoken and written English Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations Team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to think differently and innovate Having Certification of CIA or CISA is preferred.
