Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Strong understanding of contract review processes with the ability to identify key risk, compliance, and commercial clauses. Hands-on experience in procurement operations, supporting sourcing, contracting, and post-award workflow efficiency. Working knowledge of vendor management practices, including supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution. Exposure to CLM implementation, with the ability to support contract lifecycle standardization and process automation. Broad consulting capability to assess business risk, document process gaps, and contribute to operational risk management initiatives.
