EY GDS Business Consulting Finance Staff (Arabic) As part of our Business Consulting team, we are currently seeking highly motivated professionals to assist EY clients across sectors with their Finance Transformation projects. In this role, you will help clients evaluate current processes and functions, develop future roadmaps, and redesign their finance processes, structures, and functions. Working with regional and global teams, you will support clients in reinventing their finance functions for increased efficiency and cost optimization. Our client base spans various industries, including blue-chip corporates, banking and capital markets, multinational investors, and private equity firms. The opportunity We are looking for a consultant with expertise in the Finance domain and proficiency in Arabic (verbal and written) to join our Business Consulting Finance team. The ideal candidate will be an ACCA/ CMA/ MBA capable of managing large transformation projects and supporting clients with their financial strategy, business process re-engineering, and performance management agendas, particularly in the MENA region. Your key responsibilities Lead or contribute to large Business Transformation projects, focusing on creating authentic customer experiences and optimizing people, processes, and technology. Define finance vision and develop a comprehensive finance strategy transformation plan. Design the finance target operating model and lead business process reengineering efforts. Develop finance structures and roles to align with business objectives. Conduct cost optimization and business/manpower planning activities. Drive agile finance and digital enablement to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments. Manage project delivery across the end-to-end lifecycle, from business case development to execution and close-out. Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including facilitating interviews, workshops, and governance sessions. Work with a global team of experts to develop innovative solutions and benefit from operations-focused training. Design and implement processes, ensuring they are effective and support business readiness/training activities. Contribute to business development by creating proposals and participating in solution development. Leverage experience in industries such as Government & Public Sector, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Energy or Sports & Entertainment. Manage time effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize projects. Support strategic initiatives at the team level and collaborate across consulting competencies to achieve organizational goals.

ACCA/ CMA/ Master's degree in MBA Finance. 1 -3 years of industry experience Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Experience in usage of analytical tools/ representations Report writing, Customer handling, Strong interpersonal communication skills. Willing to travel onsite on client assignments.
