- Experience: 3+ Years Working Days: 5 Days We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment across IT, Non-IT, Sales and Corporate roles.
- Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, managing offers and joining formalities, maintaining recruitment reports, and partnering with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, talent sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment lifecycle management skills are essential.
- Candidates with proven recruitment experience and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously are preferred.
