About the Role We are looking for a performance-driven and analytical Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining high ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from 3 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs across multiple campaigns/accounts. Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and campaign efficiency. Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, retargeting, and bidding strategy implementation. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, landing pages, and campaign objectives. Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and campaign assets. Maintain campaign structure, naming conventions, tracking parameters, and overall account hygiene. Generate detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders and management. Identify market trends, audience behaviors, and scaling opportunities to improve campaign growth. Ensure proper implementation of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and analytics tools. Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Understanding of campaign objectives including Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, and Brand Awareness. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience in budget planning and campaign optimization. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage. Experience working with multiple brands or agency accounts preferred.
