About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at InCred Money, you will serve as the backbone of our infrastructures reliability and scalability. You will manage a sophisticated, AWS-native environment, driving the automation of deployment pipelines and maintaining a high-performance monitoring stack.
This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and is eager to spearhead our upcoming migration to an ELK-based observability stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Orchestration: Design, manage, and scale a robust AWS ecosystem with a focus on EKS (Kubernetes), EC2, and serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway).
- CI/CD Leadership: Optimize automated deployment workflows using Jenkins and ArgoCD to ensure seamless delivery of containerized applications.
- Network & Security: Manage edge services (CloudFront, WAF, Route53) and implement rigorous security protocols across VPC and application layers.
- Monitoring & Observability: Oversee the current stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Node-exporter, Blackbox, and Promtail).
- Strategic Migration: Lead the architectural planning and execution of the transition to an ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) over the next two quarters.
- Automation: Utilize EventBridge and SQS to build decoupled, event-driven infrastructure automation and intelligent alerting.
Technical Requirements
AWS Certification
- Must hold a valid Associate or Professional level certification.
- Preferred tracks: DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect.
Cloud Expertise
- Extensive experience with the AWS platform.
- Specific expertise in managing production-grade EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) clusters.
Containerization
- Mastery of Docker technology.
- Expertise in Kubernetes manifest management using Helm or Kustomize.
CI/CD Tools
- Proven track record with ArgoCD (GitOps methodology).
- Experience building Jenkins pipeline-as-code.
Monitoring & Observability
- Proficiency in the Prometheus and Grafana ecosystem.
- Significant experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is a major plus.
Linux & Networking
- Deep knowledge of Linux internals, including performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of core networking: TCP/IP, DNS, and SSL/TLS.
Automation & Scripting
- Strong proficiency in Python or Bash for creating custom automation solutions.
