What you will do: Prioritize and manage major incidents based on business impact, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations Adapt and align technology solutions to evolving customer and business requirements Analyze and research integration options to ensure seamless collaboration with existing external systems Provide and receive technical direction to ensure deliverables are met within agreed timelines and quality standards Continuously monitor system performance and enforce compliance with established security standards and organizational policies The skills you bring: 5 to 8 yearsáof overall experience in the Citrix technology domain 5+ yearsáof hands-on experience ináCitrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7.x environments strong experience ináCitrix deployment, Security & Management. Hands-on knowledge ofáCitrix Session Optimizationáand performance tuning, including coordination with infrastructure teams for updates and patching Proven ability to implementábest practices, optimization, and fine-tuningáacross Citrix infrastructure components Proficiency inágranular monitoring and proactive managementáto identify and address potential issues across core Citrix infrastructure Demonstrated expertise ináGolden Image creationá(Manual/Automated build) andávDisk sealing processesá(Manual/Automated) Knowledge ofáCitrix NetScaler (ADC)áintegrated with StoreFront and DDCs Knowledge ofáCitrix ADMáandáCitrix Directoráfor user session management and reporting Familiarity witháCitrix ShareFileáandáMobile Device Management (MDM)ásolutions Knowledge ofáMicrosoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
