Role & responsibilities
Reporting To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose: Drive volume by actively generating and converting sales enquiries, developing customer relationships, executing marketing and promotional campaigns, and supporting finance tieupsall aligned with VECVs UDAAN sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Target Achievements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate enquiries via cold calls, market visits, and referrals.
- Conduct field visits typically 5 visits/day and 90 visits a month
- Engage with stakeholdersfleet owners, financiersto uncover opportunity and competitive insights.
Customer Engagement & Product Support
- Advise customers on suitable CV models based on their logistics needs.
- Showcase product features, benefits, and financing options to drive uptake.
Finance Coordination
- Assist and support customers in vehicle financing application and processing.
- Build good rapport with financiers to speed approvals and closure.
Sales Pipeline & process adherence
- Maintain sales pipeline; escalate hot leads to DSM.
- Provide structured feedback, daily activity reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with VECVs standardized sales framework.
Promotional & Campaign Execution
- Participate in loan melas, demo days, customer meets, and local marketing events.
- Implement coldcalling and followup strategies to widen pipeline.
