We are looking for an experienced STA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Static Timing Analysis (STA), Synthesis, and Timing Closure across block, subsystem, and full-chip levels. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive timing closure activities, and collaborate closely with RTL, Physical Design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful SoC tapeout. Role & responsibilities Perform pre-layout and post-layout Static Timing Analysis (STA) for block, subsystem, and chip-level designs Drive timing closure across corners and modes through all phases up to final tapeout Analyze timing reports and debug violations during: Placement Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS) Post-route stages Work on DMSA (Distributed Multi Scenario Analysis) flow to fix pre and post-STA timing issues Develop and validate timing constraints (SDC creation and refinement) Perform and review Logical Aware Synthesis and Logical Equivalence Checks (LEC) Implement manual ECOs for fixing timing violations and DRC issues Ensure proper clock gating checks and timing convergence Collaborate with: RTL design team Physical Design (PD) team HMs / Cross-functional stakeholders Drive end-to-end timing closure for SoC designs Leadership & Soft
