Cybersecurity Product Demo & Pre-Sales Specialist
Position Overview
Cyber Sigma is looking for a Cybersecurity Product Demo & Pre-Sales Specialist to demonstrate SigmaAssist, SIEM, SOC, and GRC solutions to prospective customers. The role involves understanding customer requirements, delivering product demonstrations, supporting the sales team, and providing technical solution guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations.
- Conduct customer discovery and requirement gathering.
- Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities.
- Explain product capabilities to technical and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales teams.
- Create demo scripts, videos, and sales enablement content.
- Collect customer feedback and product enhancement requests.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 27 years of experience in Cybersecurity Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, SaaS Product Demonstrations, or Customer Success.
- Experience with GRC, SIEM, SOC, or enterprise cybersecurity products is preferred.
