Configure Payroll Elements, Element Links, Balances, Fast Formulas Strong knowledge of US tax legislation, GRE setup, W-2processing, Overtime configurations Own RetroPay, QuickPay, Reversals, Rollbacks, and Balance Adjustments Manage Person/Employment setup, Assignments, SIT/EIT, DateTrack Knowledge on how OTL integrates with Payroll Configuration required for OTL- Payroll Integrations. General Prepare FDDs (MD.050/BR.100), test scripts, and configuration workbooks Lead fit-gap workshops; own UT, SIT, UAT, Parallel sign-off
