Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication. Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in International Voice Process, US Process, or International BPO industry. Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients. Strong understanding of Contact Center Operations principles and practices. Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements. Shifts Work from Office, ( Rotational Shifts)
