Job Title: Security Administrator (Firewall)
Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and monitor Fortinet FortiGate and/or Palo Alto Firewalls.
Perform firewall policy creation, modification, and optimization. Troubleshoot firewall, VPN, and network security-related issues. Monitor security events, logs, and alerts; identify and respond to incidents. Configure and support Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely issue resolution. Handle firewall upgrades, backups, and security compliance activities. Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams to resolve security incidents. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate and/or Palo Alto Firewalls. Firewall Configuration & Administration. Firewall Monitoring & Troubleshooting. VPN Configuration & Support (IPSec/SSL VPN). Network Security Concepts, ACLs, NAT, TCP/IP, DNS. Security Log Analysis and Incident Management.
