Platform Engineer
- Experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of containerized workloads and the ability to diagnose issues across containers, load balancers, reverse proxies, networking, and application layers.
- Experience administering and supporting databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including basic performance tuning, backup, and operational maintenance.
- Familiarity with modern platform and observability tools such as Keycloak, Argo CD, SigNoz, and Jenkins.
- Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and deploy new products and technologies based on business and operational requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Effective collaboration with development, QA, security, infrastructure to support platform initiatives.
- Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge-base articles.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices, automation, monitoring, and production support processes.
- Clear communication and a proactive approach towards tasks assigned.
