Capita Technologies is currently seeking a proactive and innovative Marketing Executive to drive the marketing efforts for our cutting-edge software solutions within the Saudi Arabian market. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical understanding to craft compelling narratives around our software products, engage the target audience, generate high-quality leads, and enhance our market position in Riyadh. B2B Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing modes to generate qualified leads and pipeline for our Software solutions. Lead Generation: Generate and manage Leads from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to budgets, and quality standards. Lead Nurturing & Sales Alignment: Work closely with the tech team to ensure marketing efforts align with technical objectives, track lead quality, and manage the handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the technical pipeline. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute launch strategies for new software products and features, ensuring clear positioning and messaging in both English and Arabic markets. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer pain points, monitor competitive software offerings, and identify emerging industry trends in the KSA tech landscape. Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports to management. Promotional Activities: Plan and coordinate promotional activities, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product development team, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with business goals. Localization: Ensure all product messaging and promotional materials are accurately translated, culturally sensitive, and relevant to the local Riyadh and GCC audience.
