Job Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in branch activities and customer engagement programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the banking sector is mandatory.
- Male and Female candidates are both eligible to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve targets.
