Role & responsibilities
- Perform protein estimation using standard biochemical techniques.
- Conduct Host Cell Protein (HCP) analysis using ELISA.
- Analyze Host Cell DNA (hcDNA) using HPLC and other applicable analytical techniques.
- Perform electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE/Agarose Gel) for protein and DNA characterization.
- Carry out Western Blot analysis for protein identification and confirmation.
- Prepare samples, perform testing, and accurately document analytical results.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, SOPs, and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory instruments, reagents, and analytical records.
- Assist in method execution, troubleshooting, and routine laboratory activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical testing and product development.
