We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Job Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to close deals effectively. Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in the fast-paced environment.
