Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits, inspections, and monitoring to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Develop and implement quality procedures, checklists, and documentation for raw material inspection, sample inspection, and online inspection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and process efficiency. Ensure accurate recording of test results, data analysis, and reporting on quality performance metrics. Maintain a high level of knowledge about food safety regulations (FSSAI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP guidelines.
