Key Responsibilities
Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality). Active participation in team building activities. Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently. Able to interpret financial statements and a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles and procedures, with a passion for financial markets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to interact with clients and internal stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts. The ability to be highly organized and have a rigorous attention to detail is critical for ensuring data accuracy. Time-bound and meticulous. Capacity to function autonomously in a demanding setting. The capacity to identify problems, understand their root causes, and propose effective solutions is a key requirement. Must be able to analyze and interpret the data/numbers.
