Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring cloud environments to ensure uptime and performance
- Responding to alerts and incidents to address system issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, collaborating with development and IT teams to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
- Executing routine maintenance and patch updates
- Implement security recommendations and maintain the security score
- Conducting performance analysis and optimizing resource utilization
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement the cost recommendations
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data and application availability
- Documenting operational procedures and incident reports
- Creating and maintaining technical documents for cloud infrastructure and related processes
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings, work closely with the product team to deliver cloud infrastructure requirements
Mandatory/Required Skills:
- Proficiency or expertise in one of the public cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Experience developing reusable Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks
- Understanding /Hands-on in Containerization topics
- Knowledge of network architecture Hub-Spoke, Private Endpoints, Firewalls
- Designing and implementation on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions
- Understands migration approaches
- AI Skills will be added advantage
- Experience in customer support & ITSM process
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
- B.E/ B. Tech / MCA / MSc / M.E
Experience:
- 3-6 years
