Role & responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions for both new hires and current team members
- Design and implement customized training modules
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify development needs
- Maintain training documentation and performance reports
Preferred candidate profile
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? Proven experience in corporate training or employee development
? Ability to create dynamic, engaging training content
? Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms
? Bachelors degree preferred (training/HR certifications a plus)
Preferred Language:
Tamil, English and Hindi (must)
