We are hiring Customer Service Representatives Technical Support. The role involves handling technical support to customers via chat (Digital) for issue related to electronic appliances, Laptop, Smartphones and high level of customer satisfaction and compliance.

- Handle customer queries related to technical support via a chat.
- Understand customer issues related to products/devices and provide accurate technical resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.

- Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.

- Willingness to work in rotational day shifts.

- Shift: Day Rotational Shifts (8 AM- 8 PM- Any 9 hours)
- Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)
- Salary: 22,500 per month and 18800 Take Home.
