We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Coordinate and implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
