We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader Home Loan to lead a team of sales executives and drive home loan business. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing team performance, developing business through multiple sourcing channels, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly home loan disbursement targets.
- Develop business through Direct Sales, Open Market, Builders, DSAs, and Channel Partners.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and business partners.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth processing of loan applications.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely loan approvals.
- Track daily sales activities and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3?7 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP sales, with at least 1?2 years of team handling experience.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
