Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink (Finder, Investigations, Alerts, Dashboards, Campaigns)
- Solid expertise in Windows OS and EUC troubleshooting
- Proven experience in proactive end point monitoring and performance analytics
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Good understanding of ITIL-based operations (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Improvement)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in large enterprise or global environments
- Knowledge of endpoint security, patching, or device management tools
- ITIL certification
- Experience integrating Nexthink with ITSM tools
