Role: HR Operations Specialist US HR (Employee Central)

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai
Shift: 6:00 PM 3:30 AM (US Shift)


Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with strong expertise in US HR Operations and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for US employees, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless HR service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including FTE New Hire onboarding, ID creation, and FTE termination for US employees.
    • Process and manage Subcontractor (Subco) onboarding and offboarding activities.
    • Handle International Transfers and Deputation End processes (IN/OUT) ensuring compliance with global mobility policies.
    • Administer Severance payments and support separation-related activities.
    • Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) cases with proper tracking and documentation.
    • Maintain and update employee data across HR systems including SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and internal HR tools.
    • Utilize PISA ticketing tool for case management, query resolution, and SLA tracking.
    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in Personal Data Management across global employee records.
    • Prepare and distribute Merit Letters during compensation review cycles.
    • Provide accurate payroll inputs to support timely payroll processing.
    • Perform Payroll Reconciliation (Pay Reco) and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives, process improvements, and policy implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
    • Strong understanding of US HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
    • Experience handling HRIS systems (SAP / SuccessFactors) and ticketing tools.
    • Knowledge of Payroll inputs, payroll reconciliation, and compensation processes.
    • Experience managing LOA, RTW, employee records, and global HR compliance.
    • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

  • 3?6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services supporting US employees.
    • Experience working in global HR service delivery environments.
    • Familiarity with HR ticketing systems and service management tools.
