Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Amadeus GDS Qualification: Graduate (UG completed) Working Days: 5 Days a Week Salary: Up to 32,000 CTC per month Transport Facility: Both-side transportation provided Job Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Executive with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in travel bookings and GDS operations.
Key Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international flight bookings through Amadeus GDS.
Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds. Assist customers with travel-related queries and itinerary management. Ensure accurate booking details and compliance with airline policies. Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for reservation-related requirements. Deliver excellent customer service while resolving travel concerns. Maintain booking records and update information in the system. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate (UG completed). Minimum 6 months of Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory. Good communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment. Basic knowledge of international and domestic travel processes.
