Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Executive with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in travel bookings and GDS operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings through Amadeus GDS.
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and itinerary management.
- Ensure accurate booking details and compliance with airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for reservation-related requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service while resolving travel concerns.
- Maintain booking records and update information in the system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (UG completed).
- Minimum 6 months of Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced travel environment.
- Basic knowledge of international and domestic travel processes.
