Job Purpose

To drive sales growth through dealer and distributor network expansion, demand generation, and relationship management within the Kitchen Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Plywood, Laminates, and allied Building Materials segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Generate demand through engagement with retailers, dealers, contractors, interior designers, and influencers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard prospective channel partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure business growth.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and track industry trends.
  • Implement sales promotion activities and product awareness programs.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve channel partner concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Sales, Distribution Sales, Retail Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience in Kitchen Hardware, Architectural Hardware, Plywood, Laminates, Furniture Fittings, or Building Materials industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dealer-driven sales channels.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
