Lead and sustain ATQM implementation across Kerala Plants to improve Capability Assessment Scores through PDCA/SDCA and structured reviews. Facilitate Policy Management by deploying and reviewing MPs and CPs to strengthen PM and DWM pillar maturity. Drive DWM by monitoring MPs/CPs, identifying chronic issues, and ensuring process stability through CAP-Do and Shining Case Studies. Enhance TEI by improving QCC and Kaizen participation, mentoring teams on QC Story, and ensuring project closure and recognition. Conduct ATQM internal audits and ensure timely feedback closure with horizontal deployment of best practices. Coordinate plant participation in QCFI, CII, and other external forums to achieve higher recognition and awards. Prepare and share accurate MIS reports and dashboards with HO, highlighting KPI trends and ATQM progress.

Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or related discipline Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Preferred) Experience Minimum 12 15 years of experience in TQM, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
