Purpose of the Job : Responsible for Ensuring that all moulds and related tooling are in good condition to meet the production plan.Ensure all necessary quality checks before delivering the moulds to production. Maintain a safe working environment and uphold 5S standards in the mould assembly area.
Major
Responsibilities
- Prepare the mould as per the PPC schedule
- Inspection of new moulds with Drawing
- Check the mould related defects in curing press
- Ensure and maintain 5s in shop floor
- Participate in incident reporting.
Knowledge (Technical Functional): Basic knowledge in mould manufacturing, Auto CAD Safety Interaction Training

Education
Qualification(s) : BE Diploma in Mechanical Tool & Die
