Purpose/Objective Adani Defence & Aerospace is seeking an experienced Site HR Head to lead end-to-end HR operations for its Delhi location. The role will be responsible for driving HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent management, industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce planning while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

of Role a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } HR Business Partnering - Act as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and functional heads. - Drive manpower planning, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness. - Support business growth through strategic HR interventions. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely hiring. - Drive onboarding and induction programs for new employees. - Ensure seamless employee integration into the organization. Employee Relations & Engagement - Foster a positive work culture and high employee engagement. - Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution. - Drive employee retention and recognition initiatives. Performance Management - Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. - Partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent. - Drive succession planning and capability development initiatives. HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. - Manage attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation. - Support audits and maintain HR records and reports. Learning & Development - Identify training needs and coordinate capability-building programs. - Promote leadership development and employee growth initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute. - 8û12 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, defence, aerospace, engineering, or industrial setups. - Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and employee relations. - Experience in handling end-to-end site HR activities. - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
