Job Summary:
We are part of Corporate Development (CD) - Mergers Acquisitions (MA), responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities to advance the Firms strategic objectives. Our team works with Senior Management across all Operating Groups, Growth Platforms, and geographies. We offer Project Management Office (PMO) support for PMI leads in Growth Markets (GM), Europe (EU), and United States (US) regions. As trusted advisors, we drive seamless integration and synergies, enabling Accenture to grow and provide 360 value to our clients. We manage acquisition integrations, support Go to Market Joint Ventures, mobilize front and back-office teams, establish integration governance, and facilitate handover to operations. Roles Responsibilities: Mentor, coach, and partner with the Accenture Sponsoring Business leadership team on the Post Merger Integration Program; this includes educating leadership on Accenture Integration model types, methodology, principles, expectations, timeline, and definitions of success. Develop integration strategy, approach, and guiding principles. Co-develop and document with Sponsors the "Target Operating Model" and Organizational Model Facilitate and oversee integration governance program. Implement proven tools and best practices across all cross functional workstreams. Oversee the Integration program and communicate status to senior leadership. Develop key integration work products, including kick-off integration materials, team charters and workplans and establish a program management office. Facilitate collaboration sessions to address key integration concerns and seek solutions with cross functional parties both from acquired entity and Accenture. Proactive management of issues, risks, action items and decisions (RAID) Document progress and provide status reports to the business sponsors, Steering Committees, and senior leadership. Develop PMI Intellectual Property, including briefing decks, checklists, templates, and position papers Professional Technical Skills: End-to-end project lead for a more simple, straightforward integrations (i.e., under US$30m acquisition, within the Market Unit, integration type Abased on cultural fit and ability to integrate with less complexities, those with less than 6 months off-system period, etc.) Mentor 2-3 junior team members. Lead internal PMI team meetings on complex deals or SteerCo. for simpler deals Lead initiatives with Market Unit impacts. Engage with Go to Market to help drive strategic objectives of acquisition where able. Drive lookback and other executive reviews, advising teams and ensuring quality outputs Additional Information: Ability to quickly establish strong relationships and trust with Senior Leadership Good to Very Good Project Management instances from previous employment positions Strong work ethics and Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Valid Passport Role has Travel requirements. Preferable to have relevant work permits.
