Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners interested in buying or selling companies.
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, and online channels, and convert them into clients.
- Explain EquiMerger's platform, services, and verified company listings (Pvt Ltd, LLP, shelf firms) to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable companies from our listings.
- Guide clients through the complete buying/selling journey from first inquiry to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal CA/CS and transaction teams for documentation, compliance, and smooth ownership transfer.
- Maintain and update lead, follow-up, and deal-status records in CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and HNIs, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in financial services, online platforms, or consulting sales is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with lead generation and client handling.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and skilled at relationship building.
- Basic understanding of company registration/compliance is a plus (training will be provided).
- Basic knowledge of GST, Income tax and ROC compliance
- Candidates who are CA / CS (qualified or pursuing) will be given added preference.
