Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand-building and marketing initiatives for a leading real estate organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ATL/BTL marketing, corporate marketing, brand management, events, and promotional campaigns, with proven experience in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Plan and manage ATL, BTL, branding, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs. Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies. Oversee marketing collateral, branding materials, brochures, and promotional content. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
Requirements: 8+ years of marketing experience in the Real Estate industry .
Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, Corporate Marketing, Brand Management, Events, and Promotional Campaigns . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred. Must be based in Kolkata and willing to work from Kolkata. No relocation candidates will be considered.
