Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand-building and marketing initiatives for a leading real estate organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ATL/BTL marketing, corporate marketing, brand management, events, and promotional campaigns, with proven experience in the real estate sector.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
- Plan and manage ATL, BTL, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate project launches, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
- Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies.
- Oversee marketing collateral, branding materials, brochures, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience in the Real Estate industry .
- Strong expertise in ATL, BTL, Corporate Marketing, Brand Management, Events, and Promotional Campaigns .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Must be based in Kolkata and willing to work from Kolkata. No relocation candidates will be considered.
