Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices and construction workers at project sites.
- Conduct regular stay interviews to understand employee concerns and improve engagement.
- Build strong relationships with apprentices, workers, site supervisors, and project management teams.
- Resolve grievances and site-level issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new apprentices and workers.
- Identify high-potential workers and encourage skill development and leadership growth.
- Track retention, attrition, attendance, and engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure effective communication between workers and management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Support workforce welfare initiatives and drive employee engagement activities at project sites.
Requirements
- 2 6 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar site management role.
- Experience in the Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Civil Projects industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
- Fluency in the local/regional language is mandatory.
- High emotional intelligence with excellent conflict-resolution and grievance-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working at construction/project sites across PAN India .
- Willingness to travel and relocate based on project requirements.
