We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales of medical equipment, rental solutions, and consumables across corporate hospitals and healthcare institutions. The role involves managing key hospital accounts, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth within the territory.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key hospital accounts.
- Promote and sell medical equipment, rental solutions, and consumables to healthcare providers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and support product evaluations at customer sites.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, nurses, biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital management.
- Coordinate with Clinical, Service, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure excellent customer support and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory development plans.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in Medical Equipment Sales, Medical Devices Sales, Hospital Sales, Healthcare Solutions Sales, or Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Experience in handling corporate hospitals, institutional sales, or healthcare accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare sales cycles.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
