Saarathee is a unique Customer Contact Centre, which delivers par excellence customer experience through authentic and intuitive conversations led by our team of Persons with Disabilities.
Our Story
Saarathee was established in 2018 with an aim to transform Disability Inclusion in Corporate India. Started as a BPO hiring only Persons with Disabilities, we take pride in promoting inclusion at workplace with 90% of our workforce belonging to the community of PwD.
What We Do
We work on diverse processes across sectors, like customer service, sales, pre-sales, appointment setting, vendor onboarding, profiling, recruitment driving etc. Our core foundation of People, Process and Technology has helped us deliver results for some of the best brands, like Amazon, ITC, Daikin, Coding Ninjas etc.
Our Mission
Working with PwDs at Saarathee we have found immense value in driving a competitive business, with attrition at 18% compared to 37% of the industry and productivity 10% higher than industry average.
