Our Story
ABFRL was formed through the merger of Pantaloons Fashion and Madura Fashion & Lifestyle in 2013. Madura Fashion & Lifestyle was established by the Aditya Birla Group with brands like Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, and Allen Solly. Pantaloons was founded by Kishore Biyani and acquired by the Aditya Birla Group in 2012.
