Job description
1.MCSE or CCNA certified engineer.

2.Knowing the M365 admin panel

3.Minimum 4-6 years free hands command in Firewall Sophos , fortigate etc , firewall installation & configuration

Wireless router/Switch configuration

4.Must be handle network infrastructure environment.

5.Knows the troubleshooting for local / RDP services

6.Maintained all assets (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and surveillance devices) reports and inventories with Physical asset verification.

7.Hardware/networking knowledge, OS installation, Antivirus /VPN/Internet monitoring, Printer/laptop/desktop.

8.Maintain Ticket complete and update closer status.

9.Preventive Maintenace of IT asset(desktop/laptop/printer/network)

10Knowledge of Installation of Security Surveillance devices like DVR, and Camera.
