Job Description:
We are hiring International Chat Support Executives for a leading airline process . The role involves handling customer queries via live chat and providing exceptional support to international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel policies
- Resolve customer concerns with a customer-first approach
- Maintain high standards of written communication
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality metrics
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of International Chat Experience
- Excellent written communication skills (grammar & clarity)
- Prior live chat/customer support experience is mandatory
- Experience in airline/travel industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- 5 days working with rotational offs
