Job Description:

We are hiring International Chat Support Executives for a leading airline process . The role involves handling customer queries via live chat and providing exceptional support to international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel policies
  • Resolve customer concerns with a customer-first approach
  • Maintain high standards of written communication
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality metrics

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of International Chat Experience
  • Excellent written communication skills (grammar & clarity)
  • Prior live chat/customer support experience is mandatory
  • Experience in airline/travel industry preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • 5 days working with rotational offs
