Location: Pune and Delhi

Experience: 8 years and above

Job Description:

Location Pune with mandatory WFO
Must have excellent written and spoken English.
Must possess a strong understanding of SIP
Should have extremely good troubleshooting/analytical skills
Must have atleast TWO of below technical expertise
VoIP platform experience (CISCO/Avaya/Asterisk/Alcatel etc )
Session border controller (SBC)
Microsoft Teams / Azure
Voice gateways (VEGA , etc)
CCNA certification
Voice Recording experience
E1/T1 technologies and Analogue
