Role & responsibilities


Experience in the Hospitality industry for a large organization, providing exemplary customer service to individuals and organizations.


Ensure effective and on-going, on-the-job training of team members, evaluate, record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental recommendations.


Learning and development - support all initiative of the training needs analysis for the office & at outlet level.


Prepare all communication and send course announcements.


Good on LMS.


Identify key areas for development.


Design and deliver behavioral learning solutions using a broad range of learning tools (classroom, self-directed learning ).


Self-motivated, driven with a positive can do attitude and influential.
