Team Lead Upstream - DS

Job description
1. Lead the One of the Upstream manufacturing team ( Cell Culture Manufacturing Plant)and oversee the implementation of production schedules.

2. Production of mammalian cell culture products (Biosimilars) in defined terms of volumes and timelines, while ensuring compliance to quality standards, GMP and other regulatory and statutory requirements, as per schedule.

3. Mandorily to have cGMP skill set and knowledge of safety. Quality Systems. For Upstream- Bioreactor operation and using SCADA - Supervisory control and data acquisition and storage systems.

4. Understanding of process manufacturing. Quality Systems and regulatory environment. Lead a team having good leadership and mentoring capabilities
