Team Lead - Operating System and Software (OS SW)

Job description
As a Team Lead, you will be part of Automation Engineering team, developing software for next generation Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) and other Lucy Automation products for Distribution Automation utilizing the skills, tools, and processes within the global team
The Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship
You will exercise control on cost and performance of designs
Technology stack:
Embedded System design and development with C++ programming language
Linux (Boot loader, Kernel OS), Yocto.
Eclipse IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and CMake (Cross-platform Make file generator).
Microprocessor and Microcontroller architecture like Cortex-A series, ARM series
Communications protocols such I2C SPI
Source code management tools like GIT, Subversion (SVN), SourceSafe
Other Technologies:
In this role you will also get exposure to technologies like Embedded C, multithreaded programming, IEC 104/101, Modbus Serial/TCP IP, DNP3, CAN, MODBUS, Schematics and PCB layouts for embedded.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of experience in hands on embedded development.
