Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Hands-on experience & troubleshooting knowledge on switching & routing. Basic Firewall troubleshooting support. Network Bandwidth monitoring, understanding on BW utilization reports, NW Alerts analysis; Basic troubleshooting on Checkpoint, VPN, Cabling and hardware support. Troubleshooting Wireless NW, Access points, etc.
Good understanding of IT (Information Technology) network & OT (operational technology) network. Good knowledge on proxy (Zscalar).
Good communication skills (Verbal, Written), team player, Flexible to work in shifts / Locations
