Brief Summary


This Role include identifying talent requirements, planning and overseeing the hiring process for both the head office and retail stores, and tracking attrition levels. The role also involves sourcing candidates, particularly for leadership positions, and coordinating interviews. Standardizing recruitment processes and improving time-to-hire are key objectives. The individual is expected to conduct regular store visits to understand on-ground requirements and actively engage in branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation among potential hires. This position requires extensive experience in recruitment and Sales Hiring.


Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following).


1. Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent for various positions within the organization.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.

4. Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.

5. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

6. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide regular updates on their application status.

7. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company as an employer of choice.

8. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions, ensuring a consistent pool of qualified candidates for future openings.

9. Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics to track the team's performance and provide insights to stakeholders.


Skill Required.

1. Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment and talent acquisition are a plus.

2. Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in a retail or luxury goods industry.

3. Previous experience in leading a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.

4. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

5. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
