Job description
- Knowledge on SAP
- Technical study and commercial verification on capital proposal
- Coordinate with the user and souring to convert the capital proposal into purchase requirement and supporting to sourcing for commercial & technical clarification
- Budgeting, scheduling, cash flow, execution of capital process with control measure
- Verification of PO, invoice, financial documents
- Interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors on execution to asset capitalization
- ROI/IRR calculation/verification and mapping the actual realization
- Asset capitalization, monitoring, transfer and updating in the system with support from internal stakeholder
- Awareness on ISO system.
